At Waves Hair Company, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand life happens and things come up but we kindly ask that you provide at least a 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 20% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the scheduled service. No-show appointments (missed appointments without notice) will also be charged a 20% fee of the scheduled service total. This policy allows us to respect our time and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
